Garam masala is traditionally olive green in colour with a rich, grainy texture. It has a distinct coriander dominant flavour, spicy & pungent. This spice goes well into both rice and vegetable/meat preparations, and to add a little more zest, sprinkle some at the end on the plated dish. This will preserve the aroma and taste of all the warm. Once opened, transfer the contents of this pack to an airtight container.
